What is Relationship Literacy?
Relationship Literacy is the ability to understand, build, and maintain healthy relationships through knowledge, self-awareness, effective communication, emotional intelligence, and evidence-based skills. It includes recognizing healthy relationship patterns, identifying unhealthy or abusive behaviors, establishing healthy boundaries, resolving conflict respectfully, and making informed decisions that protect both emotional and physical well-being.
Just as financial literacy empowers people to make wise financial decisions, relationship literacy empowers people to create healthier relationships throughout every stage of life.
Rational Relationship Collective is about helping people build healthier, more intentional relationships by learning to recognize healthy dynamics, evaluate character clearly, understand manipulation, and make relationship decisions with greater awareness rather than simply repeating old patterns.
At its core, the mission is also generational — breaking unhealthy relationship cycles and helping create better models of love, communication, attachment, and partnership for the people who come after us. Together, we can share relationship literacy as a legacy to protect hearts.
